I can sincerely say that we are all one blood. My husband and I adopted 4 little Korean girls and I can say with certainty they feel like our blood. We have our natural-born boy Chris also and those girls are so close with us, It feels like I may have had them!! Of course there is much help given by the spirit of adoption. If we all had that mentality there would not be the problems of race that we now see. But its not a perfect world. That’s why we need Jesus. Lets try to be more accepting of others of another nationality. ” We are all one blood. From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. ” Acts 17:21This was taken when they arrived at the airport. The tiny girl we already had as she was our first adoption. Chris our son was so excited, and our girls were so scared. They have all grown to be wonderful men and women. We are so proud of our blood children.

The Desires Of Your Heart
The Lord is delightful, when you get to know Him. There is no doubt about that. He loves us and cares for us in every way. He cares about our little things, and our big things. He knows the desires of our heart! I do think though if we are not delighting in Him we could miss what he has for us. He is so faithful, and we should be faithful also. That’s when we get to know him and love Him so much that we delight in Him and everything about Him. For some a desire might be for a mate, a great job, children. So many struggle to have children. He will give you those things if you delight in Him. You might say what about you, you have cancer. You know, I delight in Him so much that I know this is what he has for me. I trust Him. He didn’t give me cancer, but he allowed it, and I know with the Lord all things work together for good. I’m enjoying the good of being used by Him in spite of cancer. Delight In Him and see what happens. It will change your life.
The Only Way
I took this photo in Mazatlán, Mexico. I love the sand art of this poor man who had a little bucket there for donations to look at his sand sculpture. I do not like the fact that Jesus is still on the Cross all over Mexico, but it was a beautiful depiction of what he went through..I do prefer the empty cross because he was taken from the cross, placed in a tomb and on the third day he was resurrected . Definitely not on the Cross. He told us that He is the way, the truth and the Life. We cannot get to heaven without going through Him. People say that all roads lead to heaven, and all you have to be is a good person. This is a lie that people are programmed with to prevent them from making it to heaven. Satan is at work seeking everyone he can destroy before they find Jesus. Don’t let that be you! Without Jesus we will never find heaven. I just know that’s where I want to be when my days are over. Eternity in a place called Heaven is a no brainer compared to the other option.
He Holds My Left Hand
Walking down a country road, have you ever thought of the fact that Jesus is right beside you holding your left hand? He is!!! Scripture says his right hand will hold us fast. He holds on to us tight, never letting us go; once we give our life to Him. The country road above splits and a decision has to be made. The Lord will hold our left hand and guide us on all of our journeys. Even on the far side of the sea, he is holding us. On a recent two-week cruise in the Caribbean, he was holding tight to my left hand. He guided me to people he wanted me to talk to about Him. Some might be reading this now because I passed out His word. I always give our steward photo cards that I make with scripture on them. I was able to talk about salvation to another. It’s so exciting to walk with the Lord. When I read this scripture above years ago, I got a surge of love go thru me when I realized he was holding my left hand. Is He holding your left hand today? If not, give you life to Him and he will be with you all the time. He never leaves us or forsakes us. Some times we forget He is there, but he is faithful. Think about this..
I Put Childish Ways Behind Me
When I was a child, I played at these trees, we called them double trees. They were in a field behind our house in Yerington, Nevada. It was an adventure getting back to them. We had to get across a drain ditch and lots of tall bushes . It seemed like miles away. For a birthday party when I was in 6th grade we had it at double tree’s and decorated the trees with crepe paper. It was a sleep over. My dad made a fire so we could roast marshmallows. After mom and dad walked back to the house we all got scared and ran back to the house leaving Double Trees for a daytime event, we weren’t as brave as we thought we were. About 50 years later, I went back to Yerington to relive those memories. The trees were there, but our house had burned down only a foundation remained. What I thought was so far was only about a couple of blocks. The trees were now in a park that was built around them. Everything looked so different, and small. That’s because I was a child. I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. Nothing looked the same in that little old town. When I became a woman I put childish ways behind me. But now I know in part. But when perfection comes the imperfect will disappear. The perfect is the Lord. Now we see poorly, kind of like a reflection in a mirror, but when perfection comes we will see Him face to face. Then we will know fully and will be fully known.
